Scope of services
CACStatusReport.com is an independent service that helps clients request and receive CAC Status Reports for registered businesses in Nigeria. By using our website or WhatsApp channels, you agree to these Terms.
Processing expectations
Our standard turnaround is approximately 30 minutes after payment confirmation. Turnaround times are estimates based on typical processing conditions and may vary during periods of high demand or system downtime beyond our control. We will keep you informed of the status of your request throughout.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the correct company name and RC number. Delays or errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete submissions are not the responsibility of CACStatusReport.com.
Payments & refunds
Our fee is ₦12,000 per report, payable in advance. Once processing has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable. Where a request genuinely cannot be fulfilled, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and processed to the original payment channel.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CACStatusReport.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
