Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before ordering your CAC Status Report.
ABOUT THE REPORT
What is a CAC Status Report
It’s an official summary of a registered Nigerian company’s current details — directors, shareholders, share capital, registered address, RC number and incorporation date.
How is it different from a Certificate of Incorporation?
A Certificate of Incorporation is issued once at registration. A Status Report reflects the company’s current state whenever it is requested.
Can individuals request one?
Yes. Anyone with a legitimate reason — including individuals, business owners, lawyers, and organisations — can order through us.
ORDERING & PROCESSING
How do I place an order?
Tap any Order button on the site. It opens a WhatsApp chat with our team — you send the company details and we take it from there.
What information do I need to provide?
The exact registered company name, RC, BN or IT number, and your preferred delivery contact (WhatsApp or email).
How long does processing take?
Your report is ready within 30 minutes after payment is received.
How do I pay?
We will provide you with our account number on WhatsApp. After payment, send us a screenshot of the receipt so we can validate and proceed.
Can I get a refund?
You will get a refund only if we have not begun processing your status report request. Once we start processing, the service fee is non-refundable.
